At Trex IPTV, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. Because we deal with digital products (subscriptions and activation codes), our policy is designed to be fair to both the customer and the service provider.
Please understand that Trex IPTV provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods. Unlike physical products, digital subscriptions are active immediately upon delivery. For this reason, we maintain a strictly regulated refund process to prevent service abuse.
Despite the strict nature of digital goods, your satisfaction is our priority. * If you are experiencing technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 24 hours, or if the service does not match the description provided on our website, you are eligible for a refund.
If you are simply not satisfied with the quality of the service within the first 7 days of your subscription, we offer an Instant Refund policy.
If you meet the criteria for a refund, we don’t believe in making you wait.
Provide your order number and a brief reason for the dissatisfaction.
Once approved, the refund is processed instantly on our end. Note: While we trigger the refund immediately, it may take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.
We cannot issue refunds in the following scenarios:
User-End Issues: Problems caused by your local internet service provider (ISP), slow Wi-Fi, or incompatible hardware that was not listed in our “Supported Devices” section.
Partial Usage: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining time on a monthly or yearly subscription if the service has been used substantially without technical fault.
Account Sharing: If an account is banned for violating our “One Connection per Account” rule (unless a multi-room plan was purchased), no refund will be issued.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop any future automated renewals, but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing cycle unless it falls under the “Satisfaction First” Guarantee mentioned above.
