Single Connection: Unless you have purchased a “Multi-Room” or “Multiple Connection” plan, your subscription is for one (1) device at a time.
Prohibited Sharing: Sharing your account details or M3U playlist with others is strictly prohibited. Our system automatically monitors IP addresses; if simultaneous logins from different locations are detected, your account may be suspended without a refund.
Reselling: You may not resell or redistribute our services unless you are part of our official Reseller Program.
Internet Quality: You are responsible for ensuring your internet connection is stable and fast enough for HD/4K streaming (minimum 25Mbps recommended).
Equipment: You must provide your own compatible hardware (Firestick, Android Box, Smart TV, etc.) and software (IPTV players).
Lawful Use: You agree not to use our service for any illegal purposes or to broadcast the content in public commercial spaces (cafes, bars, etc.) without a commercial license.
All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless you specifically opt-in to a recurring billing plan.
Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect active, pre-paid subscriptions.
Streaming technology is subject to occasional downtime. Trex IPTV performs regular server maintenance to ensure stability. While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for temporary outages caused by global internet issues or server-side updates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trex IPTV and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
